The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college was established in March 2021 and has since served as the central body responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative processes.

   To establish a culture of excellence in education, research, and innovation by fostering a quality-centric environment that nurtures holistic development, lifelong learning, and societal contribution, positioning Bansal Institute of Science and Technology as a premier institution of higher education.

Mission:

  1. To ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  2. To support faculty development and research initiatives for enhancing teaching effectiveness and subject expertise.
  3. To foster collaboration with industries, research organizations, and academic institutions for holistic growth and impactful societal contributions.
  4. To establish robust mechanisms for transparent and accountable governance, ensuring quality assurance at every level.
  5. To integrate technology and innovation in the educational framework, preparing students for global challenges and opportunities.

The IQAC is dedicated to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance. It undertakes various initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall academic environment. Some of the key activities include:

  • Coordinating accreditation and affiliation procedures to meet external quality standards.
  • Conducting comprehensive internal and external academic and administrative audits to ensure accountability.
  • Organizing quality enhancement programs for faculty, staff, and students, fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
  • Promoting innovative teaching and learning methodologies to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Ensuring timely submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and other mandatory documentation.
  • Managing data collection and reporting to statutory bodies and assessment agencies.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of various institutional committees and cells to optimize their impact.
  • Proposing and overseeing infrastructure improvements to support a high-quality learning environment.
  • Encouraging activities that support the holistic development of students, including co-curricular and extracurricular initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing quality benchmarks to institutionalize best practices, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.

The IQAC believes that achieving these quality benchmarks is possible only through the active involvement of all stakeholders, supported by a committed management and a shared vision for excellence.
